L’ultima volta che ci provarono e fu sempre con un Governo di centrodestra, finì che solo in pochissimi casi si poteva e solo per esplicita scelta dei detenuti interessati, per cui se ne andarono in pochi.
È la solita boutade messa lì per fare scena, tipo Lega, ovvero per far discutere i politici in finto opposto schieramento e per far scrivere articoli sui giornali.
