Le manette le ha lasciate su un autobus. Prima, Abidi Aymen, tunisino di 25 anni, arrestato a Firenze due mesi fa per terrorismo, è riuscito a evadere dal palazzo di giustizia di Firenze, dove era stato portato ammanettato per un’udienza.

Poi avrebbe addirittura scavalcato un recinzione. Il tutto mentre era ammanettato. Le manette le hanno ritrovate gli agenti della questura su un autobus, non appena è stato diffuso via radio a tutte le forze dell’ordine l’avviso di ricerca dell’evaso. Sarebbero state abbandonate a bordo di un mezzo della tramvia proveniente dall’aeroporto, la linea T2, alla fermata Stazione. Ma del fuggitivo, capelli neri, corti, per ora nessuna traccia. Sulla vicenda è intervenuto anche il leader della Lega Matteo Salvini. “Un detenuto tunisino del carcere di Sollicciano a Firenze è evaso al termine dell’udienza nel palazzo di Giustizia, spaccando il naso a un agente della polizia penitenziaria. Solidarietà agli uomini e alle donne in divisa che da troppo tempo chiedono a questo governo – inascoltati – di poter utilizzare la pistola a impulsi elettrici sperimentata grazie alla Lega”, ha commentato.
Subito è stata allertata anche la Polfer e il tunisino è stato cercato ovunque. Dal sottopasso della stazione di Santa Maria Novella fino nei retrobottega di alcuni negozi di via Palazzuolo. Il sospetto è che Abidi Aymen possa aver trovato lì degli amici, magari qualche complice che ora lo sta coprendo. Ma l’evasione rocambolesca del tunisino sta creando non pochi imbarazzi al sistema penitenziario, data anche l’estrema pericolosità dell’uomo. Abidi, infatti, avrebbe preso parte a una sparatoria in Germania, a Lipsia, all’altezza del numero 71 di Eisenbahnstrasse. Un cittadino serbo di 47 anni rimase gravemente ferito al collo. Le indagini portarono poi a un blitz della polizia in un appartamento in Rudolf Breitscheid. Troppo tardi. Gli agenti trovarono lì tre giovani, ma del sospettato numero uno nessuna traccia. Anche in quel caso si era dileguato fino ad arrivare a Firenze. Poi è stato identificato e catturato il 23 luglio in centro a Firenze dagli uomini della squadra mobile diretta da Antonino De Santis. La cattura però è stata tutt’altro che un’impresa facile. Si nascondeva in città sembra da almeno una decina di giorni, quando i poliziotti l’hanno individuato nel pomeriggio nella zona del Mercato Centrale, in sella a una bici. Da lì il tentativo di fuga del tunisino e l’inseguimento tra i banchi del Mercato di San Lorenzo e le altre vie adiacenti. La corsa era terminata poco dopo in via dell’Ariento all’angolo con Borgo La Noce. Poi la Corte d’appello aveva convalidato l’arresto. Fino alla nuova fuga di ieri.
Le indagini, secondo quanto riferito da fonti investigative, si starebbero concentrando sull’analisi del traffico telefonico dell’utenza di un cellulare pare a lui riconducibile. Centrale per rintracciarlo sarebbe la ricostruzione dei movimenti in Italia del tunisino, fino all’arrivo a Firenze. Il sospetto è che il fuggitivo si stia avvalendo della stessa rete di coperture sfruttata due mesi fa, prima della cattura del 23 luglio. Ora è tuto da rifare e intanto, a Firenze, è caccia all’uomo.
