in cui si chiedeva una RETTIFICA URGENTE sulla evidente sperequazione sui criteri di elargizione dei sussidi COVID19, spettante al Personale Amministrazione Penitenziaria che nel primo trimestre 2022 avesse contratto l’infezione.
L’EAP(Ente Assistenza Personale Amministrazione Penitenziaria) RICHIEDEVA, modificando UNILATERALMENTE il principio di elargizione del sussidio da infezione covid19, l’esito positivo del TAMPONE MOLECOLARE, invalidando ed ESCLUDENDO così tutti i TEST ANTIGENICI POSITIVI , test considerati attendibili già in ogni ambito pubblico e privato dal Ministero della Sanità da ben oltre 6 mesi antecedenti il primo trimestre 2022.
