Arrestato un 55enne già detenuto a Opera. Deve scontare oltre 8 anni di carcere.
Effettivamente poteva trovarsi fuori dal carcere. Ma, purtroppo per lui, non doveva essere lì.
Un uomo di 55 anni, un cittadino peruviano con precedenti, è stato arrestato mercoledì pomeriggio a Milano per non aver rispettato le prescrizioni del tribunale di sorveglianza che gli avevano permesso di lasciare, momentaneamente, il carcere di Opera, dove si trova recluso e dove è tornato.
Verso le 16, il 55enne è stato fermato in via Padova angolo via Cavezzali insieme a un amico, suo connazionale, per un normale controllo.
Identificando l’uomo, però, i carabinieri hanno scoperto che aveva ottenuto un permesso premio dal penitenziario di Opera per poter stare insieme a sua figlia per tutto il mese di settembre, nel comune di Vittuone.
Una volta verificati i permessi e la relativa violazione, per il 55enne si sono (ri)aperte le porte del carcere. Deve scontare 8 anni e 1 mese di reclusione per una condanna per reati contro il patrimonio.
