Il detenuto avrebbe aggredito il Poliziotto dopo avere visto su un foglio, il suo nome scritto con lettera iniziale minuscola, colpendolo ripetutamente con calci e pugni. Altri Agenti sono dovuti intervenire per fermare il recluso e permettere di fornire le prime cure all’Agente ferito.
