Ieri pomeriggio, all’interno della Casa Circondariale di Pordenone, si è verificato un episodio di estrema tensione causato da un detenuto nord africano. L’uomo, già noto per precedenti comportamenti violenti, ha dato in escandescenza durante un video-colloquio Skype con un familiare.
Durante la conversazione, il detenuto ha improvvisamente distrutto il cellulare utilizzato per la chiamata, prima di rivolgersi con insulti e sputi alla Poliziotta Penitenziaria addetta ai colloqui, tramite la piattaforma Skype. La situazione è peggiorata ulteriormente quando il detenuto ha tentato di aggredire due Poliziotti Penitenziari, i quali, con non poche difficoltà, sono riusciti a riportarlo nella sua cella.
Una volta all’interno, l’uomo ha continuato la sua furia insultando e minacciando gli Agenti e distruggendo gli arredi della cella. Di fronte al peggiorare della situazione, i Poliziotti Penitenziari hanno dovuto indossare caschi di protezione ed impugnare scudi per trasferire il recluso in isolamento cautelativo.
Tuttavia, la violenza non si è placata: nell’isolamento, il detenuto è riuscito astutamente ad occultare un accendino ed ha dato fuoco alle suppellettili presenti. Fortunatamente, il Personale di Polizia Penitenziaria è intervenuto prontamente per spegnere le fiamme ed evitare tragiche conseguenze.
Successivamente, il recluso è stato accompagnato in infermeria per eventuali controlli sul suo stato di salute ed anche lì ha continuato colpendo con un violento pugno l’Agente di Polizia Penitenziaria presente, il quale indossando un casco protettivo, è riuscito a evitare lesioni.
L’Organizzazione Sindacale Autonoma Polizia Penitenziaria (OSAPP) sottolinea che questa situazione perdura da circa un mese. Nonostante la richiesta di trasferimento del detenuto “aggressore” da parte della Direzione, finora non è stato disposto alcun movimento. La Casa Circondariale di Pordenone, già alle prese con una gravissima carenza di Personale, si trova spesso a gestire situazioni critiche con un numero esiguo di Agenti di Polizia Penitenziaria, soprattutto durante il turno serale 16/24, dove si segnala la presenza di massimo quattro unità presenti in tutto il carcere, con la necessità spesso di integrare in turno un Agente donna. L’OSAPP continua a sollecitare provvedimenti urgenti per garantire la sicurezza del Personale penitenziario ormai stanco delle ripetute aggressioni ricevute e degli altri detenuti ristretti all’interno della struttura penitenziaria.
